Shipping Policy

Alien Industrial Solutions ships equipment from multiple fulfillment points depending on inventory availability, machine configuration, and order type. Certain equipment may be imported into the United States from international manufacturing or staging locations, while other products may already be stocked domestically.

Included Shipping to the USA

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quoted equipment pricing includes shipment to the United States. Once the equipment arrives at the applicable U.S. warehouse, staging point, or approved inventory location, shipment shall be treated as FOB from that U.S. location.

FOB Point

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all equipment is sold FOB from its U.S. point of availability. This may include:

• Alabama
• Utah
• Idaho
• another designated U.S. warehouse or staging location

If equipment is already in stock in the United States at the time of sale, the FOB point shall be the domestic location where that equipment is held.

If equipment is being imported for the order, shipment to the United States is included, and the FOB point shall apply once the equipment reaches the designated U.S. receiving or staging location.

Transfer of Risk

Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser once the equipment is delivered to the carrier at the applicable U.S. FOB location, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Freight Beyond the FOB Point

Unless expressly included in writing, freight from the U.S. FOB location to the purchaser’s final destination, as well as rigging, unloading, placement, installation, storage, insurance, and other destination-side costs, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
